Scripture on this page is taken from the New King James Version (NKJV) of the Holy Bible. The words of Jesus are in red.
John 1:1-4 ~ In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. He was in the beginning with God. All things were made through Him, and without Him nothing was made that was made. In Him was life, and the life was the light of men. And the light shines in the darkness, and the darkness did not comprehend it.
John 3:3 ~ Jesus answered and said, “Most assuredly, I say to you, unless one is born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.”
John 3:16-17 ~ “For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life. For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world, but that the world through Him might be saved.”
John 3:18-21 ~ “He who believes in Him is not condemned; but he who does not believe is condemned already, because he has not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God. And this is the condemnation, that the light has come into the world, and men loved darkness rather than light, because their deeds were evil. For everyone practicing evil hates the light and does not come to the light, lest his deeds should be exposed. But he who does the truth comes to the light, that his deeds may be clearly seen, that they have been done in God.”
Romans 3:23 ~ …all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God…
Romans 6:23 ~ For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.
I John 1:9-10 ~ If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. If we say that we have not sinned, we make Him a liar, and His word is not in us.
Revelation 3:20 ~ (Jesus said,) “Behold, I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears My voice and opens the door, I will come in to him and dine with him, and he with Me.”
Do you believe that Jesus is God? Do you believe that He died for your sins?
If you will realize that you, too, are a sinner and in need of God’s gift of grace tell Him. Repent, turn from sin, decide you will not continue in the sins of your past. Admit to God that you are a sinner, that Jesus died for your sins, ask Him to come into your life and He will give you eternal life.
When you have accepted God’s gift of eternal life no one can take that away from you, you are a child of God. The Holy Spirit comes to live inside of you and give you strength to resist temptation and to help you understand the things God wants to teach you.
The next step is to find a Bible teaching church, be baptized, read the Bible, and spend time with God in prayer every day. You will grow in faith and your life with Jesus Christ.
